Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Richard Godbehere, 18, of Kingman, early Wednesday (7/28) afternoon on two counts of indecent exposure – under 15 years of age, felonies. At about 12:20 p.m., deputies responded to a delayed incident report involving juveniles in the 3500 block of E Bluebird Lane. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 13-year-old female victim. The victim reported that Godbehere exposed himself to her and another female friend approximately 2 weeks ago. Deputies contacted Godbehere at a residence in the 4300 block of Eagle Drive. During conversations with Godbehere, he eventually admitted to flashing both of the 13-year-old girls. Godbehere was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
